




Overview
Unicom Oil Terminal was built by Unicom Group in 1993 as a link between former CIS countries using wide gauge and European countries operating on standard gauge railways, as well as a connection to the maritime part of the Danube River.
The terminal is located in Galati, on the shore of the Danube River, 2 km from the Giurgiulesti Moldova border station and 1.5km from Larga railway station that receives wagons from Moldova.

- Transshipment rate: 800t (approx. 10 wagons)/24hrs

- Bunkering of river navigation vessels at a rate of up to 800 m³/day with a maximum speed of 850 liters/minute
